The CAP report has
been compiled based on the recommendations made during the Trinidad Community
Assessment August 30-September 2, 2005.
"The purpose of Trinidad-Las Animas County Economic

corporation chartered under the laws of the State of Colorado is to increase
community prosperity through economic enhancement activity in the City of
