Current Projects

Trinidad and the surrounding areas feature many living possibilities, ranging from deluxe country homes on 25/35 acre lots to older Victorian homes on tree-lined streets, simple efficiency apartments, mobile home parks, and  manufactured and modular home park sites.

Two, new, residential communities are in development for the City of Trinidad.  First, NorthPeak is developing 25 acres near Fisher’s Peak and includes 41 single family homes and the City's newest elementary school - Fisher's Peak Elementary.  Secondly, Cougar Canyon is developing over 1483 acres to the East of Trinidad and includes 1729 homes.  The development will also include an assisted living facility, an 18-hole professionally-designed golf course and a hotel.  Biking and hiking trails will also be part of the Cougar Canyon design.

There are also approximately nine manufactured home dealers in the region, three located in Trinidad, selling new and used homes.

Riverwalk Project

Historic downtown Trinidad has completed a new Riverwalk Project, funded by the City of Trinidad and the Downtown Revitalization Group.  This project is helping increase tourism and traffic to our wonderful, historic town, especially on Commercial, Elm, Cedar, and Main Streets.  Fore more information on the Riverwalk Project, CLICK HERE.

Downtown Revitalization

The Corazon de Trinidad (Heart of Trinidad) National Historic District has an amazing history of past and present day business pioneers.  Trinidad was a major trading center along the Mountain Branch of the Santa Fe Trail.  The area has a Southwestern flavor and Victorian architecture which is enticing businesses to relocate to this portion of town.  What a perfect way to combine the best of both worlds — a downtown area business opportunity with the beauty and flair of an historical, small town atmosphere.

Trinidad Industrial Park

For businesses that are not suited for downtown, the Trinidad Industrial Park is an ideal location.  The new development (Phase Two of the Park) will increase the area to more than double its current size by adding over 105 acres of land.  The Park will provide, not only the infrastructure needs necessary for the success of your business, but also easy distribution and delivery of goods and services by accessibility to many transportation alternatives.  For more information on the Industrial Park, CLICK HERE.
