The Industrial Park site is located right on exit 18, off Interstate 25, with north and southbound ingress and regress.

Phase One of our present Trinidad Industrial Park (approximately 115 developable acres) is completely sold out!

Phase Two of the project (approximately 105 developable acres) has been approved and annexed by the Trinidad City Council and includes water, sewer, natural gas, telecommunications, streets, curb and gutter, and paving, etc. Construction to extend infrastructure to the second phase of the Park is now complete and lots are ready to sell! Phase Two lot sizes vary depending upon location. Lots may also be combined to meet your particular business requirements.
