Phase Two of the project (approximately 105 developable acres) has been approved and annexed by the Trinidad City Council and includes water, sewer, natural gas, telecommunications, streets, curb and gutter, and paving, etc. Construction to extend infrastructure to the second phase of the Park is now complete and lots are ready to sell!
