Trinidad and Las Animas County has an abundance of skilled workers, many with backgrounds in maintenance, electrical systems, energy production, industrial construction and other skills. Furthermore, we recognize the need for other areas of training; therefore, the community has risen to these new challenges and set forth in entering into the global market with a highly qualified workforce. Every year, Trinidad State Junior College and other local educational arenas produce a number of these highly qualified graduates, and have stretched their skills training into other areas of academics which can serve your needs.
In order to maintain this workforce, Trinidad-Las Animas County Economic Development, Inc. works closely with the Colorado Workforce Center, and with a local office, we are able to direct your business to the right personnel.
